My main focus for training and troubleshooting is on Apple products, but I have experience with various non-Apple software suites that I can help with as well. I can train you or just do the thing for you if you would like to sit back and relax while I work with your device. Your level of involvement is up to you.

Before your first appointment, we will talk about your needs in person, over the phone, or via email (approx. 30 minutes of conversation).

*If I cannot personally solve your issue, I do offer an additional service at a flat fee to take your product to the Apple Store or Geek Squad for you in addition to any fees those companies charge.
